The Five Regulatory Dimensions format supplements the Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness Youth Card Deck (MAIA-YCD) which contains 32 cards and measures eight dimensions of interoceptive awareness in children and youth, ages 7 to 17 years. The Regulatory Dimensions administration focuses on 22 cards in the five regulatory dimensions which are most closely associated with self-regulation. The pack includes instructions along with a printable score sheet and an Interoceptive Awareness Wellness Wheel. These materials are used in conjunction with the MAIA-YCD which is sold separately.
